The Leader in Me Lighthouse program helps students develop leadership skills, responsibility, and strong character by practicing the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Students learn to be proactive, begin with the end in mind, put first things first, think win-win, seek first to understand then to be understood, synergize, and sharpen the saw. Through these habits, students build confidence, set goals, work together, and create a positive school culture where everyone is encouraged to lead and succeed.
